SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 4-6 business days from receipt of payment. US Priority Mail then takes 2-3 days depending on your distance from New York.

2. How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. The note will include a link to USPS tracking information. The USPS tracking number is really a Delivery Confirmation number that allows you to check the delivery status online. It does not track your package along the way like UPS or FedEx.

Returns: 

Our products are handmade and many are made to order. For this reason, we do not automatically offer a refund for these products.  However, if the product is not as described we will gladly hear your case and a return will be considered. In either case, the customer will likely be responsible for return shipping costs.

CANCELLATION FEES/REFUND:

1.  If customer cancels a paid order prior to shipment the customer will be responsible for any PayPal fees incured by the seller for the transaction as well as a $5.00 restocking fee on orders over $50. A refund for the amount paid to the seller minus any fees as stated above will then be given.
